A Challenging month
Hello Everyone :)
It’s safe to say that March is proving to be a very challenging month for us all, so I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know the next steps forward for Yuki Health And Happiness during this virus outbreak.
At this stage all classes will continue as normal however this could change at any time. It will truly break my heart to have to cancel our wonderful classes, but the health of us all is far more important and I want to be sure that I don’t add any further risk to what is already a difficult situation. No matter what happens however, I know that together we will get through this.
While our classes are still running I would like to ask for your co-operation and understanding with regards to some restrictions that regrettably need to be enacted. If you are feeling at all unwell, or perhaps are experiencing a slight cough, fever or aches and pains, it would be best to take a break from classes for 14 days or so to help ensure a speedy recovery to your health. Also, if you have recently arrived back in Australia from overseas, or have been in contact with someone who has travelled recently, please do consider also taking some time off from classes to ensure there has been no exposure to the virus. Finally, it would be wonderful if we can all bring a towel to classes to help make sure we’re all doing the little things that boost our protection :)
I so very much wish we weren’t in this situation, and I can’t thank you enough for your understanding as together we prepare for further inevitable changes. It goes without saying that I will update this blog with any changes as soon as they happen and I’ll also reach out with Facebook and email. Sadly there is the very real chance that classes will have to be suspended in the near future, but the good news is that I am looking into setting up some live, online fitness classes and will be putting together some videos so you can continue your training workouts, Chair Yoga, Yoga and Strength For Life in the comfort of your own home!!!
Your health and happiness is the most important thing in the world. Please do all you can to minimise any risk of illness, know that as difficult as things may become they will pass, and remember to take the time to remind yourself how fantastic you are :) You have all brought so much heart and energy to the early months of the new year, and you all deserve to be proud of the magnificent successes you've already achieved!
I also want you all to know that it’s okay if you don’t feel comfortable attending classes at the moment, and I’m always here if you have any questions or just wish to chat :) Please remember that your peace of mind is the utmost priority.
