Class schedule update

Hello Again Everyone :)


I just wanted to take this opportunity to send you all some positive energy and also update you all on which classes will be available in the immediate future and which classes will be postponed. Things are definitely a little uncertain at the moment, but I know each and every one of you has more than enough heart, energy and motivation to conquer any setbacks!


At this stage, and after much consideration, I will unfortunately be pausing all classes that are held at Living Choice Woodcroft for 14 days only. Cumberland Park Community Centre has regrettably been closed until the end of April, while classes at Wakefield House have been suspended until confirmation from management that the centre is ready to re-open. I am keeping my fingers crossed that these measures can be reversed soon rather than later and of course I will be continuing to monitor the situation, however at this stage I feel the safety of residents who live in these facilities must be the top priority.


Now for some good news :)


If the temporary pausing of the above classes has impacted you and you wish to enjoy some workout fun, I’m happy to confirm that I will still be running classes at the Seaford Recreation Centre, the Seaford Community Centre and Byards Community Centre!!! If you haven’t had the chance to join us for any of these sessions before then now is the perfect time to try something new :) The classes and times are as follows :


Mat Yoga – Seaford Recreation Centre, Friday evenings 7-8pm (we can provide sanitised mats however if you do have your own mat it might be a good idea to bring it along).


Chair Yoga – Seaford Community Centre, Wednesdays 1:45-2:45pm and Thursdays 10:30-11:30am.


Senior Fitness – Seaford Community Centre, Thursdays 9:15-10:15am.


Strength, Cardio and Stretching Class – Byards Community Centre, Monday and Friday 7:30–8:15am.


**I will be doing all I can to ensure a safe and sterile environment at all times, however I would like to ask everyone if they could please bring a towel to all sessions :)**


As I’m sure you can appreciate these classes may change as we learn more about the steps that will need to be taken to slow down the spread of the virus, but for the moment there’s plenty of fun and fitness to be had so please come along and join us! As always you’re more than welcome to contact me should you have any questions, and together we’ll get through these difficult times and will bounce back better than ever :)
