Good Evening Everyone,
At the time of writing Yuki is on her way into the Gifu mountains in Japan to spend some precious time with her family, so it looks as though you get to hear from her husband one more time!
It's with a huge sigh of relief and a Saturday evening smile that I can announce the South Australian Government has allowed gyms and exercise venues to re-open Monday morning :) To say this past week has been a bit of a whirlwind is the very definition of an understatement and, though we will all still need to be on our toes when it comes to social distancing and general exercise equipment hygiene, the knowledge that we can bounce our way into December full of energy and a new celebratory spring in our step is possibly the best early Christmas present ever!!
From all the information I can find at the moment there seems to be no reason for any Yuki Health And Happiness classes to remain on hold, however should a particular venue choose to remain closed for any reason we'll definitely be letting you know the second we find out.
Although the drastic decisions made this week were quite disrupting and were no doubt uncomfortable for a lot of people, I also have to be honest and admit I've never been prouder to live in South Australia – as a community we all came together without a second thought, and now that the restrictions are once again easing I have no doubt there is going to be a wonderful and new energy awaiting us all in this great city. Thank you everyone for your patience during this last week, thank you for the endless inspiration and motivation you bring to Yuki, and most of all thank you all for making home such a beautiful place to be :)
Fingers crossed Yuki can write to you all in the next day or so, but in the meantime please enjoy a spectacular weekend and let's charge into next week knowing that together we can achieve anything!!!!
