Exciting Spring news!

Hello Everyone:)

After a super frosty winter the warm hug of Spring is finally here!

It’s been a little while since my last blog but that doesn’t mean our final dance with winter for the year was a slow one, because the levels of energy and motivation that everyone has been bringing to our classes have been truly bigger and better than ever. Not only that, but our Strength For Life, Chair Yoga and Mat Yoga classes welcomed some fantastic new members and I just want to take this opportunity to thank you all for choosing health and happiness, and for bringing new smiles and laughter to the fun!

Now for some super exciting news…

I am so happy to announce that the Onkaparinga City Council have confirmed Yuki Health And Happiness will be an official partner of the Foreshore and Coastal Activation program this summer, and that means the start of brand new Sunset Yoga is just weeks away!!!!

This is an unbelievably exciting opportunity to get together and enjoy some amazing yoga while basking in the golden rays of our world class sunsets :) I am currently putting together a program to ensure a great workout for both beginners and experienced yoga participants, and can’t wait to reveal all the details just as soon as locations, days and times have been confirmed so be sure to pop back onto the website for all the latest updates. We hope to have final confirmations and schedules ready in the next week or two, and it will be an absolutely amazing opportunity for all of our cherished members to get together and have some serious fun on the beach!!!

With the flowers of spring beginning to bloom and the heat of summer just around the corner, now is the time to shake away the cold and set brand new health and happiness goals. If there is one thing our classes have taught me however, it’s that there is nothing in the world that’s going to slow down your quests for even greater levels of success, and I can’t thank you all enough for the chance to be a part of the journeys that make you all so special :)
