Hello everyone, how are you all?
January has come to an end and now February has arrived! This year the 2nd of Feb in Japan it is the date called "Setsubun". Setsubun（節分）this Kanji means the division of the seasons, meaning the last day of Winter and the day before the beginning of Spring!
Setsubun is a super special event that we celebrate with prayers for our happiness and a healthy life:), and on the day we throw away dry soy beans while saying "Devils out, and Happiness in!!!" Also we eat " Ehoumaki" that is a thick (and super yummy) sushi roll. When we eat it, we must face the year's lucky direction without speaking - this year's lucky direction is south-southeast.
Also, now I am making a great program of a new, special style of Chair Yoga with a wonderful friend of mine. I hope to announce soon that we will do our first online trial and present the new version which will make your body totally renewed!
Things have been very busy with mum and dad so I haven't been able to blog as often as I'd like, but I want you all to know that while things are a little difficult at the moment around international flights I'm doing my best to come home as soon as I can :) Thank you so much for keeping the Yuki Health and Happiness spirit alive with your amazing hearts and I'll be in touch again real soon!
