Hello everyone and thanks so much for visiting my first blog :)
With so many wonderful people attending Yuki Health and Happiness classes I thought it would be fun to start a weekly diary to let you all know about the fun and adventures that make our health journey so great!
I’ll also be providing regular updates for new activities that will be introduced to the classes, announcements regarding upcoming special events, success stories to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our awesome members, and insights into my new avenues of health and wellness research that helps me make sure everyone who attends our classes can enjoy the best possible exercises and programs to transform their lives and inspire hearts and souls.
I can’t wait to get started and I would also like you all to know that you are welcome to contact me with any questions, whether they be health and wellness related, injury restriction concerns, timetable schedule enquiries or requests for new additions to classes – I’m happy to chat with you about anything at all!
