I hope you are all having a fantastic time with your family and friends!
I arrived in Japan safely, and am having a wonderful time. It is super cold here, and it might even snow :)
Before leaving I made some new Yoga moves videos - if you would like to do some exercise at home hopefully these videos will make it fun! Some moves are for beginners and some moves are a little more advanced, but if you enjoy classes on Monday at 12:15 at Seaford Community Centre, or Living Choice Woodcroft on Wednesdays at 8am then you might find some of these exercises familiar.
And below is some holiday exercise videos. You are welcome to try these over the holidays! You don't need any equipment, you can just use bands and a chair.
