The Fun has only just begun!!!
I can't believe it's already been a month since I came back to the classes and have had the chance to see everyone again! The excitement I've felt every day has been just unbelievable and I can't begin to express how happy I am to see all of your amazing, beautiful smiles :) I've missed sharing in our health and happiness journeys so much and now everyday I wake up feeling like I've been given the best gift in the world!
Below you'll find the new timetable for all of our classes beginning in June. Also, I'm happy to confirm that we'll be restarting an evening Mat Yoga class and have added another Chair Yoga class to the Seaford Community Centre.
Monday night's Mat Yoga will be in the style of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, which is a traditional styled Yoga that moves from one pose to another. The movement is designed to build strength and increase flexibility while focusing on a balanced breathing technique, and is definitely a great challenge for beginners and experts alike!.
The morning Mat Yoga I'll be presenting is a new style we have called Aye Move Mat. The program has been designed with much lighter intensity moves, and focuses more on quality, comfort, and most of all on feeling great! Its goal is to renew blood flow to key areas of the body and relieve tension – our bodies go through many changes as we age, and Aye Move Mat is a beautiful program of Yoga exercises that can be enjoyed by absolutely anybody! I really hope you can come to give it a try because I promise you'll love it :)
So thank you everyone for making my return to Adelaide a dream come true, and together let's head into winter ready to accomplish brand new goals and show the universe just how special you all are!
