Hello Everyone!!
It’s been such a fantastic start to the week now that venues are slowly opening back up, and things are only going to get better and better from here :)
Firstly I have some great news about our Strength For Life classes at Cumberland Park. This morning I spoke with the wonderful people at COTA, and they have confirmed a way we can increase class sizes from 10 people to 15! Also, we will be able to return to our regular style of training which means beginning next week SFL classes will run for the full hour – this may require slight adjustments to the current timetable but I’ll be sure to let you all know as soon as things have been arranged :) For this Friday, classes will still be at 9.00-9.45, 10.00-10.45 and 11.00-11.45.
Next I’m super happy to announce that I’ll be hosting online Mat Yoga classes on Wednesday evenings from 6.30-7.30 which means you can stay nice and cozy while stretching!! If you’d like to join us simply click on the link at the top of the VIDEOS page. (I hope to have an update for Mat Yoga at Seaford Recreation Centre soon).
And still more good news – I can confirm that Chair Yoga is returning to the Seaford Community Centre beginning Wednesday the 10th of June!! Classes will be from 1.45-pm-2.45pm each week, and fingers crossed we can add another class to the timetable over the next few weeks :) At the moment Chair Yoga is still limited to ten people, so if you are interested in attending please don’t hesitate to contact me so I can make sure you don’t miss out!
Finally I’d just like to say a huge thank you to everyone for being so understanding with the changes that were made to Monday and Friday online classes :) For anyone who isn’t aware, online classes will now be held from 7.00am-7.45am Mondays and Fridays, and will continue until confirmation that Byards Community Centre can accommodate our class numbers. (Wednesday morning online class is still the same).
I know things have been a little tricky as things begin to open back up, (and there could be even more positive changes coming over the next week or two), but I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful it is knowing we can all finally be together again! The magic you all bring to our classes is something I have missed dearly these last couple of months and I can’t wait to get back to some serious fun and laughter :)
As always, please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions at all because I always love to hear from you!
Wishing you a fantastically warm and wonderful week ahead,
Yuki.
