Yuki Health and Happiness is truly thankful for the amazing warmth and energy that all of the superstar trainers are bringing to the classes! Each have an abundance of experience and magic that is always inspirational, and I'm honoured that they've chosen to help keep the health and happiness smiles beaming bright while I'm away :) (and maybe be a part of some new classes when I'm back!!!)

Jennie Beumer is a Group Fitness Instructor who works at the Onkaparinga Recreation Centres and is certified to teach Strength for Life for over 50's classes, Tai Chi for Health programs and ChiBall (a holistic mind/body exercise class that incorporates Tai Chi/Qigong, ChiBall Dance, Yoga, Pilates, ChiBall Release which is based on Feldenkrais principles, and Relaxation/Meditation)! She is currently holding classes at both the Seaford and Aldinga Recreation Centres.
Jennis is also a therapist operating from her own clinic, Moana Chi Holistics, and specialises in Skeletal Alignment without manipulation, Acupressure and Therapeutic Massage. She is very passionate and positive about everything she teaches and practices and combines these to form her own unique holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
When Amanda teaches a class you know you're going to be motivated and inspired like never before! Her energy has no limits, and her passion for health and fitness is just one of the reasons she is such a superstar.

An amazingly spirited fitness manager of Revive Fitness Centres and with a drive to succeed like no other, Nicola's classes are always full of magic and laughter!
Currently she is running super fun Senior Fitness classes at the Aldinga Community Centre and Woodcroft Community Centre. Not only that, but at Revive Fitness Centres you'll find fit@50 strength sessions and aqua classes daily so now is definitely the time for a new adventure:)
