Chair Yoga is a fun and fantastic fitness experience that has been specifically designed for those who are unable to take part in traditional mat yoga classes. Age is no barrier, and if you have been dreaming about exploring the benefits that yoga can bring to your life then these classes are the perfect opportunity to make new friends and discover a new path to health and happiness!

What are the benefits of Chair Yoga?

 

Increased Flexibility – The ability to bend, twist and stretch is important for so many of our daily activities, and the gentle exercises of Chair Yoga will help to increase your flexibility and mobility.

Stress Reduction – The art of mindfulness is a powerful element of Chair Yoga. You will leave the class with a new sense of mental clarity and a wonderful boost to your mood :)

gentle mat yoga

Gentle Mat Yoga is a unique blend of both chair and mat based exercises. It is the perfect class for those who would like to incorporate some wonderful and gentle floor based movements with chair assisted stretches, or for anybody who is looking to explore some brand new classes and brand new fun!
