STRENGTH FOR LIFE has been hand crafted to promote health and well being for people over the age of 50. As part of the fantastic COTA South Australia it is the perfect class to rebuild functional strength and increase the quality of life with newfound freedom of movement.

Your Strength For Life journey begins with a visit to your health professional to obtain clearance for participation, followed by a one on one personal assessment to tailor the perfect exercise program to reach your health and happiness goals and build a new you!
