It’s such a warm and beautiful Monday so I thought it would be the perfect time for some Yuki Health And Happiness updates.
Firstly though a big thank you to everyone for making the start of Spring full of energy, smiles and fun! I always believe there’s a truly wonderful sense of achievement that comes with having conquered the cold of Winter with constant motivation and determination, and now as the days grow warmer and longer there’s a whole new level of joy and happiness waiting for us all :) This is such an exciting time of the year!
I’d also like to let you all know that a new colour range of t-shirts have arrived, so if you’d like to brighten up your workout wardrobe they are only $15 and available in a range of sizes. Let me know if you’re interested and I’ll be happy to show you the selection!
And now for some real fun news…
Yuki Health And Happiness has a meeting with the Onkaparinga City Council on Monday morning to confirm the locations and schedules for Sunset Yoga! Sessions will being on the 6th of December, and the complete timetable should be up late Monday or Tuesday :) I’m so excited to be able to bring Yoga to our beautiful beaches and hope that together we can fill this summer with unforgettable memories and treasured moments in the gold of the setting sun!
