April is slowly coming to a close, but what a month it’s been so far!
Not only have our online classes been more successful than I could have hoped, it’s been so fantastic to be able to see you all and share in the fun and laughter while turning our lounge rooms into gyms :) I can’t begin to tell you how much heart and determination I can feel coming from the screen when everyone is exercising! Thank you so much everyone for taking this new journey with me and I hope the classes bring as much magic to your day as your strength and positive energy brings to mine.
If for any reason you haven’t had the opportunity to join our online classes don’t worry – there’s a bunch of fun exercises you can follow along to on my VIDEOS page! You can watch them anytime and there’ll be new ones added weekly, so there’s nothing stopping you from turning your lounge room into a special gym for your health and happiness journey :) Oh, and please remember that if you have any problems at all with accessing the videos or joining the online classes please do give me a call – I’m more than happy to work with you step by step to ensure you don’t miss out.
Speaking of videos, I’ve added some fun new ones to help brighten up your day! You’ll find a full Chair Yoga class to enjoy, as well as some great stretching exercises and a short video about proper form when walking (something I’m sure we’re all doing a lot more of now!). The collection of videos are a great way to create your own routine and, if you haven’t been to one of our classes before, a fun way to discover what we do and begin your own health and happiness journey!
Now for some exciting news :) Later this week I’ll be having a meeting with the Seaford Community Centre about broadcasting a Chair Yoga class from their venue. If everything goes to plan, that means I’ll be adding an additional online class to our current timetable so fingers crossed I’ll be able to make an official announcement at the end of the week!
Finally, if you are enjoying the classes but perhaps looking for a little more when it comes to your health and fitness routine, you are more than welcome to give me a call to discuss a one on one training package. I’m always ready to help build you a personalised exercise plan, and together we can make any achievement possible!
Although we still can’t be sure how long these changes will last, the good news is that we are all adapting and working out new ways to improve our health and happiness. You are all a constant source of inspiration, and to see you have so much fun in the online classes makes me happier than you can imagine! Together we have built such a warm and beautiful fitness community, and moving forward I have no doubt it is a community that will only grow bigger and stronger :)
